The short sale process is one of the most stressful processes I have been through. We sold our home in anticipation we would close on a short sale. On several occasions my wife and I were ready to walk away from the sale but Tara kept us up to speed on everything throughout the process, minimizing our stress during the process. Tara knew exactly what we wanted in a house and was able to find us the perfect home. My wife and I probably pestered Tara on a daily basis close to the end of the sale and she was still always positive and immediately responded to every phone and text msg. Due to job demands I have moved over 7 times in the past 15 years and Tara is by far the best agent I have ever had. My wife and I were very fortunate to have Tara as our agent.
